sbobet24 First it was Gary Cahill. Then it was Cesc Fabregas (again and forever). Now it’s Andreas Christensen. The Chelsea-to-Milan January transfer motorway — it only goes one way — keeps adding traffic.
Some of that has to do with the Rossoneri’s defensive injury crisis, which has seen them linked with just about every able-bodied defender who isn’t playing every single minute for his current club. These names include the aforementioned Cahill, plus the likes of Eric Bailly and Diego Godin, and now Andreas Christensen.
Radio Rossonera (a Milan fan radio) is claiming that Milan sporting director, Leonardo, has recently sbobet24 approached Chelsea, specifically Marina Granovskaia, about all three players. If that sounds like dubious sourcing, that’s because it is, but this report has since been picked up by others, including Football Italia, so it’s only a matter of time before it reaches English shores as well.
In all three cases, Milan are supposedly looking at loans, not outright buys. Add current loanee Tiémoué Bakayoko (who started against Lazio on Sunday) to the mix and Chelsea would be close to providing half of the Rossoneri’s lineup.
It’s hard to believe much of this, though. sbobet24
While both Cahill and Fàbregas are out of contract at the end of the season, neither one of them is making noises about leaving in January at the moment. Christensen’s situation is a bit more complicated, but it’s hardly time to write off his Chelsea prospects just yet. If Milan truly want to add another Chelsea player or two, perhaps we can interest them in Danny Drinkwater, Victor Moses, or even Ethan Ampadu and Callum Hudson-Odoi?
